مقدمه

اپلیکیشن «اوما» متعلق به شرکت مهندسی رایان توسعه آران است و خدمات مرتبط با سلامت بانوان (بارداری، شیردهی، قاعدگی و غیره) ارائه می‌دهد. ما متعهد هستیم از اطلاعات شخصی شما به‌درستی محافظت کنیم و این سند نحوه‌ی جمع‌آوری، استفاده، ذخیره و اشتراک‌گذاری داده‌ها را توضیح می‌دهد. با نصب و استفاده از اپلیکیشن، شما با مفاد این سیاست موافقت می‌کنید.

1. داده‌هایی که جمع‌آوری می‌کنیم

اطلاعات حساب کاربری: نام، شماره موبایل، ایمیل (اختیاری)، رمز عبور.
اطلاعات سلامت (اختیاری): اطلاعات قاعدگی، بارداری، وزن، قد، رشد کودک، یادداشت‌های شخصی.
داده‌های فنی: مدل دستگاه، سیستم‌عامل، شناسه‌های دستگاه، آدرس IP تقریبی، گزارش خطا و کارایی.
کوکی‌ها و ابزار مشابه: در وب‌سایت ooma.org برای ورود، تحلیل ترافیک و بهبود خدمات.

2. نحوه استفاده از داده‌ها

ارائه و شخصی‌سازی خدمات اپلیکیشن.
پشتیبانی و پاسخگویی به کاربران.
تحلیل عملکرد، رفع خطا و بهبود کیفیت.
اطلاع‌رسانی به‌روزرسانی‌ها و ویژگی‌های جدید.
رعایت الزامات قانونی و امنیتی.

3. اشتراک‌گذاری با اشخاص ثالث

ما اطلاعات شما را به فروش نمی‌رسانیم. داده‌ها صرفاً برای اجرای صحیح خدمات و با اشخاص زیر به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شود:

Google Play Services (مدیریت به‌روزرسانی‌ها و سرویس‌های پایه اندروید).
Microsoft App Center (Analytics/Crashes): جمع‌آوری گزارش خطا و آمار کلی عملکرد اپ.

4. امنیت داده‌ها

تمامی ارتباطات از طریق HTTPS رمزنگاری می‌شوند.
دسترسی به داده‌ها محدود به کارکنان مجاز است.
ما از اقدامات امنیتی استاندارد صنعت برای حفاظت از داده‌ها استفاده می‌کنیم.

5. نگهداری داده‌ها (Retention)

داده‌ها تا زمانی که حساب فعال باشد یا برای اهداف ذکرشده لازم باشد نگهداری می‌شوند.
پس از حذف حساب یا درخواست کاربر، داده‌ها ظرف مدت معقول حذف یا ناشناس‌سازی می‌شوند.

6. حقوق کاربران

شما حق دارید:

به داده‌های خود دسترسی داشته باشید.
داده‌ها را تصحیح یا حذف کنید.
پردازش را محدود یا متوقف کنید.
درخواست حذف حساب کاربری دهید.

🔹 نحوه حذف حساب/اطلاعات: از داخل اپلیکیشن از پروفایل کاربری خود عکس بگیرید و درخواست حذف اکانت کاربری خود را با همان ایمیل ثبت شده در اپلیکیشن به ایمیل پشتیبانی ارسال نمایید: support@ooma.org

7. کودکان

اوما برای بانوان ۱۳ سال به بالا طراحی شده است. ما آگاهانه از کودکان زیر سن مجاز داده جمع‌آوری نمی‌کنیم. در صورت اطلاع، داده‌ها بلافاصله حذف خواهد شد.

8. تغییرات در سیاست

این سیاست ممکن است به‌روز شود. تغییرات در همین صفحه با تاریخ جدید اعلام می‌شود. استفاده ادامه‌دار از اپلیکیشن به‌معنای پذیرش تغییرات خواهد بود.
