 WITHOUT CONTRAST:
MR study with multiplanar images with different pulse sequences (before and after IV contrast injection);

 

 

 

- Two hemangioma measured 19 mm & 9 mm are seen at right liver lobe .

- Multiple small simple cysts are seen at both kidneys .
In multiplanar MR images of abdominal cavity, spleen, pancreas,  Gall bladder and biliary ducts appear normal.
No SOL or paraaortic lymphadenopathy is noted.
No ascites is seen.
No pathologic enhancement is noted.

PELVIC MRI WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST :
Protocol: The routine protocol with multiple sequences and planes of imaging was used.
Discussion:



- A resolving hematoma measured 18*9 mm is seen between uterus C/S and bladder .
Uterus has normal zonal anatomy and normal size. Endometrial thickness is normal. 
Endocervical canal and struma of the cervix have normal signal.
Both ovaries have normal size and appearance. 
Bladder wall, uterovesical space, prevesical space and urethra are unremarkable.
Vaginal wall, rectovaginal septum and rectal wall are normal.
Lymphadenopathy is not seen in pelvic cavity. 
Pelvic bony structures: normal.
Other abnormalities: None
